KL: Tell us a little about yourself

MC: My name is Mike Case, known as Vegainz Coach, I am 30 years old, from England and I am a Coach of all things Vegainz.

KL: How long have you been vegan

MC: 6 years 

KL: Why did you decide to become Vegan and did you find the transition difficult or easy 

MC: I first became vegan for the health benefits, and stayed vegan for the animals and environment. I found it easy, once you know why, the how looks after itself. 

KL: How long have you been training for & have you been vegan that whole time

MC: I have trained since I was 13, now I’m 30, and have been vegan for 6 years. 

KL: What are some of the differences you have felt in your training since turning vegan

MC: Quicker recovery, better endurance and strength, sleep better, and overall feel happier and more aligned 

KL: What would a typical days diet look like for you

MC: I eat 4 meals a day consisting of whole grains, starches, beans, lentils, legumes, tempeh, fresh greens, veggies, and fruit. 

KL: Do you use supplements, if so which ones

MC: Yes, I use Bioceuticals B12, post workout recovery supplements and an extra organic greens powder for another helpful daily boost.

KL: What is your favourite vegan meal

MC: All of them.  Mexican, Thai, Indian, Italian. I can’t choose - they’re all great.

KL: What bit of advice would you give someone looking to turn vegan

MC: Take the time you need, and find a support group. Always easy to learn from those who are already there. 

KL: What does the future hold for you

MC: Helping others achieve their strength, health and fitness goals, and providing as much value as I possibly can ever day on the subject of Myth destruction. Haha!
