Here is a combination of my two great loves - Chocolate + Coffee! Use it as a morning kick in the pants to tackle the day ahead, choc full of protein, fibre and healthy fats.
Prep time 10 mins
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl (hand held blender or food processor) and mix until combined
- Place in fridge for 20mins (or overnight) until a thick consistency is achieved
- Garnish with chia seeds, shaved cocoa or your favourite vegan topping
