Place the oats in a blender or food processor. Blend until the oats resemble a flour consistency
- Add the milk and the banana and blend till the mixture is smooth
- Add the protein powder and blend again. If the batter is a little thick you can add some more milk (slowly)
- Pour 2 tbsp of the batter onto a nonstick pan on medium heat. Cook until both sides are golden brown
- You can top with your favourite fruit, nut butter or maple syrup!
