Vegan Choc Chip Cookie

With winter upon us is there anything better than getting cosy on the couch with a hot cup of coffee and some Vegan Choc Chip Cookie's ?

Ingredients

• 1 scoop Life Blend Vegan Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
• 2 cups almond flour
• 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
• 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter (smooth can be used as well)
• 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl (hand held blender or food processor works best) and mix until combined
• Place in pre-heated oven (180 C) and bake for 8-12mins or until golden brown
