This plant based mousse is an ideal treat to satisfy that sweet tooth. Plus its high in protein, sugar free and completely delicious.
Makes 2 large or 4 small servings
Prep time 10 mins
- 400ml can of coconut cream
- 1/2 an avocado
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop Life Blend Choc Fudge Brownie Protein powder
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and mix on high for 3-4 minutes or until mixture thickens
- Pour into serving bowls and chill in fridge until firm (3-4 hours)
- Garnish with your favourite toppings - eat & enjoy!
