Breakfast is often considered the most important meal of the day, so why not make it hearty meal of delicious warm porridge bursting with protein and antioxidants

Ingredients

Directions

  • Heat (medium) your oats and plant based milk in saucepan for approximately 4mins, stirring occasionally 
  • Add your Life Blend Choc Fudge Brownie Protein Powder & Cacao nibs for a further 2mins, if needed add extra plant based milk
  • Pour the cooked porridge in to a bowl and add your choice of toppings (banana, berries, nuts just to name a few)
