Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix on high
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and Garnish with your favourite savoury toppings
