- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. A cookie dough-like texture should be formed.
- Line a pan with baking paper. Transfer mixture and flatten evenly
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from freezer and cut into desired size pieces. Can be stored in fridge until consumed.
