  • 1 scoop Life Blend Salted Caramel Vegan Protein Powder 
  • 1 cup crushed cashews
  • 15 dates
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cashew nut butter
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (+ extra for coating once made)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor
  • Roll mixture into bite size balls
  • Roll balls into the extra desiccated coconut
  • Place in freezer (overnight preferably) to set
