Vegan Snickers Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or your favourite plant based milk
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt & vanilla bean powder
  • 3 tablespoon crunchy natural peanut butter

Directions

  • Mix almond milk, oats, chia seeds, almond butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, pinch of salt & vanilla bean powder in a bowl and place in fridge for 30mins. For best results store overnight.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon maple syrup, peanut butter, 1/2 tablespoon almond milk & pinch of salt in a bowl.

Assembly

  • Scoop first mix (with oats) into 2 jars. Scoop the second mix on top of the first mix into your jars.

Toppings

  • Anything your heart desires - banana, chopped peanuts, berries, melted dark chocolate
